Both albums are masterpieces! Trick of the Tale is multiple fairy tails while Wind and Wuthering goes a little deeper. Afterglow brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it.

      I couldn’t agree more.
I frequently listen to both of them back to back and there’s certainly a lot to like on both, but I think Wind and Wuthering shows more maturity. I don’t think there’s a bad track on it though Mouse’s Night might be slightly out of place.
I especially love the last three tracks including the classical guitar lead in and the droning bass and lyrics on Afterglow.
I think they’re both masterpieces in their own way, but personally speaking, Wind and Wuthering has one slightly up on Trick.

I have to disagree with the reviewers here.
I frequently listen to both of these albums back to back, or if choosing just one I would always choose Wind and Wuthering which I think shows a bit more maturity than Trick does. Mouse’s Night, though a personal favorite, might be the only song slightly out of place here. The last three pieces are among my favorites, from the classical guitar intro, to the droning bass, and highly personal lyrics of Afterglow. What a way to end the album! It always leaves me wanting more.
Still is an album I think it’s a masterpiece as is Trick.
